We propose the
combination system using abrasive tape machine for polishing as
well as cleaning process.
IMPROVEMENT
POINTS COMPARED with TRADITIONAL MACHINE:

Improvement of
stage revolution by setting winding and rewinding tape roll
vertically.

It is capable of
setting the rotation speed for the stage from 100 to 400 rpm.

Tape feed speed
can be changed by exchanging gear set.

It is capable of
setting a timer for polishing time for 20sec to 180sec.
