LCD FLAT PANEL DISPLAY CLEANING MACHINE
The LCD Flat Panel manufacturing process causes certain
undesirable effects to the panel itself including the formation
of glass cullets, scratches, etc. Although conventional
processes such as brushing, scrubbing, or ultra-sonic vibration
can be used to remove these disparities, these methods are both
time-consuming and costly.
The Process
The process itself involves DI
water and abrasive tape that is constantly fed through a high
speed, rotating cleaning head. This ensures that each panel is
processed using fresh tape.
