micro finishing tape.
High Precision Finishing
Tiny particles are
systematically coated onto the PET film using a special binder
which prevents the abrasive particles from dislodging. The tape
has been used successfully in various applications including
magnetic head and HDD processes.
Water and Oil Resistant
Since the base film is composed
of PET film, MIPOX tape has a built-in tendency to resist water
and oil, and can be used in conjunction with lubricants for wet
polishing applications, hence making it an extremely versatile
product.
Mirror Finish Polishing
Achieving a mirror finish is
highly dependent upon the flexibility of the base material of
the film.
Automated Polishing by
Machine / Equipment
MIPOX tape able to withstand
the enormous tensile forces applied by automated polishing
equipment and provide excellent quality control and effective
costs saving.
Cleaning Performance
Mipox tapes also applicable to
cleaning purpose especially for super fine cleaning process.
